[EVENT] DAWN OF THE CLANS - 02/04/2017

DAWN OF THE CLANS
The storm has began to wreck havoc on the territories, rain pounding down on the horizon and thunder and lightning wrecking the sky with a deafening roar. At the word of one loner trying to pass the idea of shelter around every cat he sees, amongst other things, the rogues and loners of the territories have now gathered around Fourtrees to shelter from the storm. The only problem is, the island is far too small to house so many cats, and with so many mouths to feed, the future looks grim. Four loners, Wolf, Petrel, Alistair and Heather have stepped up and made a proposal; cats with their skill sets should band together and hunt alongside them. In the spirit of the ancestors in the skies above them, the four loners plan to make the clans once more, with Wolf hunting in the forests of ThunderClan, Petrel slinking around the marshes of ShadowClan, Alistair sprinting along the moors of WindClan and Heather swimming amongst the streams of RiverClan. Now is your choice. Which clan do you follow to survive through this storm?
Tomorrow, 2nd April 2017, will be the kick-start of the first official event of WoD. You have probably already chosen your clans through the recruiting process, but tomorrow, you will all be officially given clan ranks and clan names. Deputies and medicine cats may also be revealed in this time, if people have applied for them, but that is up to the discretion of the leaders. Members are reminded that while all cats are affected by the storm, mini-plots are not to be made unless asked for and given permission by a member of staff. While this may be a short event, the first plot will be followed straight after it! News of this first plot will come to light once this event comes close to its finish.
Here are a few things to remember:
-The rains and lightning make hunting very difficult, and cats will be affected by the weather. A cat should NOT be well fed in this kind of weather, even if they are a brilliant hunter. It is possible to have some small skirmishes between clans, but this must be agreed to with the two clan leaders.
-Cats will not be comfortable with the rain; they will almost always have wet paws. RiverClanners will be a bit more comfortable due to being used to water, but your cat will not be seeing dry ground for a while.
